Email re possible fraud activity showing purcha...

Email from "iTunes Store<hallmark@rcm.update.halmark.****>" about "Fraud Activity: Please Review Your Receipt from Apple" showing a purchase I did not make.  A second email from "iCloud <icloud-security@email.apple.**" shows another purchase from iTunes Store I did not make.  Both prompt me to go to "iTunes Payment Cancellation Form" which asks for personal info (SSN, etc) I do not want to give.  I have not taken any action other than to look at my iTunes account which does not show these purchases.  Is this spam/fisching/fraud?
