itunes12.6.2 will not open on win 10 pc. i have uninstall itunes,reinstalled itunes. still will not open. since it will not open I need to cancel my membership of itunes before 9-23-2017. fix this please

I have gotten all to unistall but no 5 and I have a photo what is showing me and i don't understand the picture so i can' t click ok and then have the whole pc mess up.

The components must be uninstalled IN THIS EXACT ORDER:

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

1. iTunes
2. Apple Software Update
3. Apple Mobile Device Support
4. Bonjour
5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
6. Apple Application Support 64-bit
