Macro virus(?)

I keep getting the "Virus detected!" prompt whenever I attach Excel files on Gmail. Researched on the internet what was the possible cause and voila - Macro virus? I installed an antivirus in hopes of removing it and using the Excel peacefully but to no avail, I'm still getting the same prompt.

Uninstall the antivirus app you installed.
