Yes. I got one of these messages today. I forwarded it to Apple and changed my user name and password. It looked very authentic.

Yes. They want you to cancel payment and then  they link you to a fake apple site asking you to put your username and password.

hey guys, i dont know whats this game about, but on 16 july 2017 they send me mail and said they charge 49.99 dollars so i purchase this app, but i didnt buy this app, whats should i need to do, and how can i get my money back

 

there is link its says, itune Payment cancellation form but always shows me error, does someone help me

Who are 'they' ? Genuine iTunes emails don't have a 'itune Payment cancellation form' as there is no such thing, they only exist on phishing emails

It's a fake. Don't click on anything. Don't fill anything out. Don't send anything.

Don't do anything. They don't have your money.

Yes, I got 1 today. This is how I figured it out & it may work with other "account lockouts & fake purchases ".

I had just started filling in my info when I thought it might be fake.

So I...

Put in another email address and it was "locked " too.

I opened a DIFFERENT search engine and kept the email opened.

I went to apple login.

I put my email address in and it was open.

I checked for purchases, there weren't any.

I never got anything from apple so I wanted to make sure. It looked legit.

I started looking for apple email address & searched for Clash of Clans, Box of Gems and found this instead.

So what do I do now ?

i was clearing email late at night after being away and saw this

email that I did not realize was fake and got caught and did not realize it's was fake and clicked on the report incorrect purchase and filed in way to much imformation.

so what do I do now

am I totally screwed?

i have never purchase from iTunes, I'm not into music

What information did you give ? If your iTunes account's password, and if you haven't already done so, you should change it immediately : https://appleid.apple.com (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support). If credit card details, and if you haven't already done so, get the card cancelled and replaced immediately
