why is itunes account decling my card to add so...

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support, and if you haven't done as instructed and contacted them, you should contact them and ask them (we are fellow users, we won't know why you are being asked to contact them) :

- go to https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
