Free wifi connection issue iOS 10

Hi, we have clients that we maintain the wifi infrastructure for, Thai have been receiving complaints of customers not able to connect to the wifi, they all appear to be Apple devices.

We can not find issues within the wifi network so I am asking if there is an issue with IOS 10 for Apple mobil devices as there appears to be a lot of talk on line with individuals having issues. I have tested myself using an IPad Pro Wi-Fi & 3G and I had no internet access, but from an android pad it went on stright away.

Any assistance would be appreciated
