iTunes on Mac not giving option to redeem.

In the 'redeem' section under 'manage' in the iTunes store on Mac, it asks me to either click a button to "use camera" or enter the card code into a box below. When I click the button the camera does not activate nor seem to even be trying to activate, and even though I type to code into the box, there is literally no button or key to press to let it check the code (like a 'redeem' or 'enter' button nearby). Pic below of my exact screen. Is this a mistake on my computer or is there something I'm missing? I updated just minutes ago and it's still the same. Thank you for any responses.
