How can I upgrade iOS 6.1.6 to 10.0 on my ipod touch?

Many podcasts require 10.0 to download. My ipod touch menu says the system is updated.

Can I get to 10.0?

No. An iOS device running 6.1.6 can’t be updated to any higher version.
