Clash royale purchasing problem

I Have authorised via family sharing for my son to purchase some gems on clash royale. For 5 days now his clash royale has gone grey where the purchase gems screen is and persistently says transaction in progress. I have tried restarting the game. He can't purchase gems anymore and hasn't received those authorised

Same problem on my sons phone.. The gems area is shaded grey and it says transaction in progress but nothing ever happens.  I have disabled the "ask parent berfore purchase" setting as well as made sure all programs are up to date and apples new terms/conditions signed.  Still nothing.  Other apps from SuperCell work just not this one.



Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem?  My sons is doing the same thing..

Having the same problems with no real answer from the developer or apple. Anyone resolve it yet??



Same problem here. In-app purchase in CR has been jammed for months now. The purchase is Jammed in family share. This problem costs lots of money to Supercell.



SAme problem here , everything stays grey. tried everything reset reinstall etc etc.

apple support says nothing wrong here , and suppercell says apple problem



Did anyone get it fixed? I'm having the same issue...

Now here is how I did it

 

1 change the card on the family shareing

2 go back into clash Royale and click the gems repeatedly

3 when a message comes up you are doing the right thing

4 then write a report in the "Setting" then "help and support" (clash Royale)  

5 wait one day and to problem should be solved

This is what mine now looks like after I hope this works for you
