how do i remove the documents in the queue wait...

i have hundreds of documents in the queue waiting to load to iCloud and I want to know how to view and potentially delete them. its a big pain trying to figure out how to get my cloud storage below the 5gig size so I don't get those annoying messages in notepad interrupting my note taking. I am also wondering if the stuff I delete from the cloud if I am deleting them from the iOS device.
