ITunes stuck on loading

Hello

I have Apple Music account and when I try to load a playlist or an album from the "For You" or "Browse" the ITunse get stuck on loading. this only happends on my computer. on my phone app its working fine.

I have tried to reinstall the ITunes but it didnt work.
