change boot up screen color

Hi, I  have a iPad pro with IOS 11.o.1 I am wondering if there is any way to change the boot up screen color, from white to black?

You can change the wallpaper on your lock and home screens, but not on the boot screen. You should not be seeing the boot screen unless you’ve restored your device or something terrible happened.

Settings > Wallpaper.
