Poor music quality from apple watch

Hey guys, so I just got a Bose Soundsport Wireless recently and paired it with both my iPhone 7 64GB (iOS 10.3.3) and Apple Watch Series 2 watchOS 3.2.3. When I was playing music from my Apple Watch, the music quality was terrible and there were plenty of feedback. At first, I thought it was probably my headphones' problem, however, when i played music from my iPhone, the quality was as good as what I used to listen to. I then tried it with my laptop and I got the same good quality. Would appreciate if someone could carry out the same test and affirm that there's something wrong with the Apple Watch.

It may help to unpair and re-pair your speaker to your Apple Watch.
