how to clean iMac hard drive

Can I use disk drag to clean up hard drive for an IMAC or is there an already installed disk cleaner? Thx

So far in all of my testing of cleaning software, it has either proven worthless or dangerous with a few managing to pull off both. I strongly suggest that they you avoid them since they are not need on a Mac running OS X.

Please explain what disk drag is? I have never here that terminology used before.

The drive doesn't need to be cleaned. It's best to describe the problem, if you have one, in as much relevant detail as possible, rather than what you think is causing it or how you think it should be solved.
