how do i format a usb zip drive to save a file ...

I have a MacBook Pro model 9.2 and want to format a new usb memory drive to save a PowerPoint presentation and then take that memory drive to church and load it unto a Windows 10 PC for the presentation.  What format do I use on the memory drive?
