Jabra Evolve 65 Headset + Macbook Air Connectiv...
Hi,
Our office uses the Jabra Evolve 65 headsets. We have a ton of issues with them disconnecting randomly.
It doesnt seem to matter if we are connected directly with the USB connection or with blue tooth. Both drop off.
Even the settings are saying that the headset is connected but they are not able to hear us or we are not able to hear them. I am in contact with Jabra but they are saying we are the only mac users with this issue. We have about 20 headsets and it happens with all of them at varying times. We use a VOIP through Salesloft and Twillio as well as Zoom through Googl
Does anyone here have any insight to this issue?
