How do I get my Time Capsule Out of Bridge Mode

My Cable Provider uses a Zhone router to connect cable to my house.  I then plug in my Time Capsule (in Bridge Mode) via Ethernet and I can connect my MacBook to my Zhone Network or Apple Network (which is generally better). 

My cable provider switched the Zhone Router to Bridge Mode as I wanted to use my Time Capsule alone to distribute wifi around my house.

My problem is not knowing what mode to switch my Time Capsule to using Airport Utility as both routers can't be in Bridge Mode - DHCP or DHCP & Nat? and then what settings will I need to update / complete for this to work?
