How do you create lists or use bullet points in...

In the previous operating system you could press and hold the hypen key and the bullet point options would appear.  With the new ”flick” feature this does not seem to be the case.  I have an iPad Pro with a Smart Keyboard and the hyphen key on the smart keyboard does not provide this option.  Please help.
