Tmobile Iwatch 3 software update. Activation er...

IWatch 3 Tmobile update. No support for business account TMobile I watch 3 ordered from Apple.

I received my iwatch3 from Apple on Friday. I have a tMobile business account. The cellular activation in the iwatch app does not work giving an "Authentication Error"  at log in....I spoke with tMobile by phone and visited the store and they said Apple's universal eSIM does not work on TMobile when bought directly from Apple. They cited documents and phone operators confirmed the same. The option I was given was to return the iWatch3 to Apple and order one from TMobile (with a substantial wait time for delivery) to get an iWatch3 with the TMobile SIM already installed.  Apple support says there is nothing they can do because TMobile must do the activation. TMobile also says there may be a software update that fixes the problem but in the meantime I can use it with bluetooth. I've searched the internet and found no mention of this problem. Apple and TMobile have told me they have had many callers with the problem.  When is this supposed "authentication synchronization" software update coming out? Its a black hole talking to support from Apple and Tmobile.
