restore a mac book pro 2011 from backup Time Ma...

After trying to upgrade to mac OS High Sierra (failed : some installer program missing), I need to restart my computer from the last Time Machine backup.

What is the command I need to use to instruct my mac to restart from the time-Machine disk ?

Or how can reset completely my mac ?

Thank you

Startup in Recovery (command-r) keys and then choose Restore from a TM Disk.

How to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support

"To completely restore your Mac, use the “Restore from Time Machine Backup” utility in macOS Recovery. The disk you're restoring is erased before receiving the macOS and other contents of your Time Machine backup.
