PHOTO RECOVERY

Please please please tell me there is a way to recover photos past the 30-day recovery period. I deleted years of pictures off my MacBook Air. These were on my iCloud and in the PHOTOS application. When I got a new phone, it uploaded all my pictures from my laptop onto my phone. I deleted them off my phone a little over a month ago, but just realized last night that they also deleted off my laptop. PLEASE HELP!

If they are not in your recently deleted album then they are gone - restore a backup of your Photos library for the Mac to a different location so you do not overwrite your existing libary  from before they were deleted and export them then import to your current library - or  file recovery software like File Salvage might find them

And apparently you are using iCloud Photo Library whose only purpose is to sync all changes (additions, deletions or edits) made on any device to all devices so you were well aware of how it worked
