Activation Lock Issue (iPad)

I forgot the passcode to my iPad since I found it laying around in my bedroom (Old iPad)

I am the original owner of this iPad.

On the activation lock it says t•••••@gmail.com

I have no gmail account starting with g, and I mostly use yahoo.

I can't log in and I really need this iPad working.

I don't have time to take it somewhere.

My iPad isn't disabled, I already reset it and it's telling me that I need an activation lock thing and I don't know anything about it, I don't remember even the email associated with it, (First iPad mini)

So the Apple ID (t•••••@gmail.com) is not yours then you will not be able to switch Activation Lock Off.

Meaning until the person with that Apple ID can help you, you have a shiny paperweight.

Is there a way to find out that gmail, I'm worried.

Who is the person? I bought this iPad at the apple store.

Good job apple..

Sorry no, privacy is top priority at Apple.

If so, make a genius bar appointment with Apple and bring your original iPad receipt and your photo ID.

Obivously I wont know where the receipt is, its the first generation iPad.

Someone help please

Sorry, this is the only way to proof ownership.

Apple needs legal document to help erase iPad, there's no exception (Anybody can claimed it's theirs)

I thought you guys were supposed to help
