MACBOOK AIR A1369 FAN PROBLEM

Hello,

I am having problems with the FAN of my macbook air (late 2010 A1369). Every app I install (istat, fdd fan control) show the fan speed is at 0 rpm, however, by the sound, it is possible to say that whenever I turn on the mac it goes already at full speed with an loud noise.

Hope you guys can help me with this issue.
