There are several transactions that I did not do! This has been going on for months and I would like it to stop. The only things I have purchased and should see on my bank statements are Hulu, hbo now, and Netflix. Everything else I did not purchase. I would like my money back please and thank you. I am tried of dealing with his every month; it is getting frustrating.
1) This is not Apple, its a peer to peer discussion board, so you will end up having to contact Apple for help with any type of refunds. Alternately you can contact your credit card company and report the charges.
2) Check to make sure you have actually cancelled any subscriptions you don't want. Follow these instructions: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
3) Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or Contact Apple Support to request a refund for the other charges that are incorrect and to verify your subscriptions are cancelled.

Please let me know when and if you get this resolved. I'm having the same exact problem. This started back at the beginning of June. Specifically with mine I think it's several repeat charges back to back for the same amount when it should have only been a single charge or in some cases not at all. I've been working on trying to get my money refunded. The app developers won't respond to me no matter how many attempts I take to contact them but I continue to do it for legality purposes. I've also notified my credit card company but unless I want them to block and cancel my card then send me out a new one with a new number there's not much they can do. I've reported each individual charge to Apple support in which they refunded one single charge and then emailed me saying a representative will contact me within 48 hours to address the problem. Unfortunately for me this has been going on for several months now but I'm just now realizing how many thousands of dollars these third party apps have charged me. I never check my transactions and individual charges. I just pay my bill on auto pay. Yes I'm now FULLY aware of how irresponsible of me this is and bet I'll be watching every single charge from here on out believe that! Sadly I don't know who I should really be going after to get my money back cause it's third party apps charging me for in app purchases but they are billed through iTunes in"batch" transactions. Ugh I'm sure you're just as frustrated as I am. Hopefully we both get our money back and more importantly figure out how to prevent these charges from continuing without having to block in app purchasing. There are some games I am ridiculously addicted to and fall prey to spending real money to buy fake money LOL. BUT I've never bought any in app option that cost more than $9.99. If it will let me I'll post a picture of the purchases for this month..... THOUSANDS of dollars when I've only spent $50.00ish for in app stuff and then I have my music membership and that's all that should be charged to me. If the picture posts you'll see where it's obviously repeated charges vs ones I actually bought. I can't imagine that ANYONE would ever willingly spend this kind of money on games. I know I wouldn't! Anyways sorry for the long post. Sometimes it's just nice to know when there's someone else out there fighting the same fight!Good luck to you. Keep us posted if you find a resolution!
I am a elderly person and this has happened to me. My daughter has lung cancer and I get paperless statements. This person using my card and account to use something caled Candy has been charging on my account a long time. Please somebody tell me what you can do. Canceled card. Blessings
