Problem Updating iTunes Billing

Hello, I need to update my iTunes billing information. The reason why is insufficient funds, does anyone know how to find out how much I need to pay?

 

Apple is not telling me how much I owe and it doesn't show on the card statement either as pending. I enter the card details, same card details every time, everything is correct, I double-check everything, every last detail.

 

Why does Apple do this? A simple notification asking me to pay X amount would be enough. Instead, I must fill out all my card details again and make a deposit without knowing how much I need to deposit to pay the bill.

 

Yesterday Apple incentivised me to leave Apple by removing iOS apps from iTunes so I can't manage purchased apps anymore, now they're trying again to get to leave Apple by not telling me how much I need to pay.
