macbook pro lost sound

Macbook pro retina (mid 2012) running OS 10.12 lost sound and Internal speakers are missing from settings. (sound plays on bluetooth and airplay speakers)

It happened when trying to play downloaded sound files, same time my skype seems to have been breached.

Any way I can see if affected by malware?
