I need help with my iPad Pro the screen went black

I need help with my iPad pro mini that I just bought less than a week ago.

The Screen went black and I tried the apple instructions and it doesn't work.

What should I do??? Help.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your iPad Pro is showing a blank black screen. I can surely understand your concern, especially since this is a new device. I am happy to help.

If you haven't already done so, please try force restarting your iPad Pro. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo. If the issue persists try letting your iPad charge for up to an hour. If the screen remains black please try the remaining steps in the links below.

I had the same problem wit my brand new iPad Pro. Only the white wheel was turning on a balck screen. I followed your advice and it works again. Thank you!

But why do I have this funny ctrl+alt+del feeling...? I thought that an 800$ Apple product works better. :(



Had the same problem with a 2month old Ipad Pro, I hope this isn't just a workaround for a problem that gets worse!
