I do not want to be charged for something that ...

I signed up for a free 7 day subscription, cancelled it long before the 7 days but yet and still when it downloaded it is giving a month for $5.99 and that is not what I signed up for, I do not want to be charged for something that was falsely advert

You cannot reach Apple directly via the community forums as they are manned by volunteers, users, people much like yourself.    But we can give you some help.

You should have an electronic receipt, on the bottom of which is an invitation to ‘Report a problem’.  Report what you’ve described here as your problem and ask for a refund.
