After 12.7 Itunes IPA files

Hey ,

I have an Iphone 7 that has just been restored to my old backup because I forgot my iphone password.

well, after I restored my iphone I saw that some of my apps has a little clud symbol and when I am trying to install them its writing that these apps are no in the apps store so I cant download them.

Then I checked if I have this apps on my computer in store and yes, I found them here:

"C:\Users\(user name)\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications".

In the old itunes versions I could just drag them (IPA apps) to the apps secsion and to install them on my iphone but after itunes updated I cant really do that.

any help guys?
