Bring iBooks Sync management back to iTunes

iTunes 12.7 has ruined iBooks management. Users cannot two-way sync their books especially when they have ebooks from other sources other than Apple. 

We don’t need the AppStore on iTunes since only Apple apps can be used on iPhones, however, removing the iBooks/PDF sync management and iBooks store from itunes has crippled the software and has made it very unfriendly to the user.
