No longer getting “breathe” reminde...

Is anyone else having an issue with the breathe app not giving the reminder notification to breathe? I seem to be getting all other notifications ie stand, activity etc but breathe just isn’t happening. I have checked settings, both devices running the latest software, un-paired, re-paired, restore from backup, setup as new watch, complete erase watch and setup as new. Nothing seems to fix it. The Watch (series 3 with cellular) is only a few days old and I THINK I got the reminders on the first day but after that, they’ve just stopped. Is this a known bug? Or is something up?
