iTunes contents presentation problems

My computer has been installed with Chinese window, but I installed English iTunes in the computer.  It happened that the tool bar of iTunes appears in English but other iTunes contents such as library, stores, etc. were showed in Chinese.  I want to have these contents in English and have tried to re-install iTunes several times but in vain.

Also, I found that an album I purchased were divided into two groups in the library because some songs were presented in English information and the other songs in Chinese information.

Can anyone advise how to solve the problems.
