No Input/Output devices found Macbook Air
I have a 2015 macbook air that I just purchased and it has no audio. Did some digging and found that the computer isn't discovering any input or output devices, so it's obviously not giving me options to mute/unmute, etc.. I tried to do a PRAM reset, but when I did it, instead of a gray screen, the black screen flashes with a white line going across horizontally, and then the computer goes back to a completely black screen. It never turns on while I hold down P + R + Option + Cmd. It only turns on if I take my hands off the keys, and nothing's changed. I'd really like to have audio on my computer, so any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks!
