App store not working after ios11 update!

Today I upgraded my iPad Pro to ios11, after the initial upgrade everything worked well.  Tonight I have tried to access the new App store but I just get a blank screen with a spinning timer in the middle and a bit of screen flashing as if it’s trying to load but fails and loads again.

I took to google and tried a few suggestions like resetting the iPad, logging out of iTunes then logging back in after 30 seconds but I am still presented with the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue since the update?  If so have you resolved it and how?

As a work around I’m downloading apps to my phone and they’re coming up on my iPad too but this is infuriating.
