Why did my iPad Pro stop receiving text message...

iPad Pro wireless + cellular stopped at the end of August receiving text msgs that are not iMessages. My phone and Apple Watch still get them. All settings match in settings and the iPad is running iOS 10.3.3. I have tried restarting and nothing. Any suggestions?

Please elaborate. On your iPhone, under Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding, is the setting for your iPad on?

No it wasn't thank you. I am hoping this will work I am currently away from my iPad but will check it in a while. Thank you
