erased ipad on apple id and now wobt swit...

I erased iPad from another device and it said erase pending. I can't get iPad to switch on it still says iPad disabled

The iPad has to be online for the remote erase to initiate. Lacking that, you need to connect it to a computer and restore using iTunes.
