Apps installed on my iPad Air are not shown nei...

My iPad was previously used by my wife. I reset it and set it up from an old backup i had in my iTunes.

Strangely, on the App Store it shows several apps that are installed but they are not shown on any of the screens of the iPad, neither can be opened for the AppStore, where the "open" button appears faded. Other apps that are among my purchased ones have the download from iCloud symbol but they are faded as well, so I can't installed them on my io
