my mac shows  corrosion but there  is...

 i bought your laptop  macbook air 2015  in jan 2017 . 



 

 One day while using my laptop shutdown completly . While  i tried to turn it on it   showed a   question mark folder on screen blinking .

 When i took it to service centre in shimla they said me that    its because of moisture that caused a little corrosion on   the surface of  motherboard .  

The  representative also said that its not the liquid damage    but then again apple doesnt cover the warrenty there . 

 

If it would have been a fault of user  then i was ready to face the consequences . 



The only reason people go for apple product  and I went for Apple product  is that because of reliability and consumer  satisfaction . 



Please help me out here   , because i am really feeling helpless here  and expecting a lot from  your support .



 

Just to make sure I understand.

 

Your computer wouldn't start and you took it to an Apple Store. While at the Apple Store, you were told the motherboard had corrosion on it, but the corrosion isn't because of liquid damage. The representative then told you it wasn't covered by the warranty. Is that correct?
