iPhone 5c Apple ID

Hi the other day I put my iPhone 5c on eBay. When it sold I went to sign out of iCloud, but it said my Apple ID was locked and needed to be unlocked by security questions or email. The problem is I don't know my security questions and don't have access to the email anymore. Can anyone help me?
