Email on iPad and iPhone not receiving but is r...

Hi there

please can someone help me. I am receiving my sky email if I log onto the internet via the computer and via an android mobile phone but my email is no longer receiving incoming emails on the iPad or iPhone. Yet I can still send emails on the iPad and iPhone. The email is sky. No issues previously.
