how to add tones in itunes 12.7?

With the latest update, apple removed the purchasing of tones?

Now is there any way to add tones in iTunes?

You no longer add them to your iTunes library, instead you now just drag-and-drop them from Finder onto the device in iTunes - see towards the bottom of this page : Manually manage content on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iTunes - Apple Support
