Complete scam. Apple will never pop dialogs informing you that your Mac is infected — only the bad guys do this. I would avoid the website that caused this, as they are clearly not interested in protecting their visitors.

If you still have this pop-up displayed, click nothing. Force-quit the browser (option+command+Esc). At this point, I would download and run the free Malwarebytes to check for malware infections — before you launch the browser again. A Malwarebytes subscription is purely optional, and many of us use it on a regular basis.

After the malware sweep, press and hold the shift key while launching the browser. This will suppress loading that site again. Clear your browser history, and your cache. If using Safari, visit Safari Preferences : Advanced : √ Show developer menu. Then press option+command+E to clear your browser cache. At this point, that malicious URL is most likely gone, and you can return to normal browsing.
