How do I completely delete my iCloud and iTunes...

I want to completely delete my accounts, how?

If you have an iPhone then I doubt complete removal of the account makes sense. Any apps purchased so far remain attached to your current account. You need to be signed in to your Apple ID to update the apps.

See Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support to restore any hidden purchases and Redownload music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store - Apple Support to download any past purchases that you want to keep. Any protected content will need the Apple ID to be able to authorize it for viewing or transfer to a device.

See My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support and download anything in your photo stream that isn't already safely on your computer somewhere.

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and cancel any subscriptions.

See Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support to remove any payment method.

Sign out of your Apple ID from all available services on all available devices, e.g. iCloud, iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, etc.

Stop using the account.

I've made a new account and therefore don't want this to excist anymore

Then turingtest2's response is correct. Just clear your payment information from that account and make sure you forget and sign out of all devices authorised with that account.

You can't delete an account, all you can do is remove any personal info from it (e.g. payment details) and stop using it (and delete all of its downloads)
