Hello. Can i take a shower with my Apple Watch ...
?No, you should not wear your watch in the shower:
From the manual:
Apple Watch Series 2 has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under ISO standard 22810:2010. This means that it may be used for shallow water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. However, Apple Watch Series 2 should not be used for scuba diving, water skiing, or other activities involving high velocity water or submersion below shallow depth.
Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch cannot be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. The following may affect the water resistance of Apple Watch in particular and should be avoided:
- Dropping Apple Watch or subjecting it to other impacts.
- Exposing Apple Watch to soap or soapy water, for example while showering or bathing.
- Exposing Apple Watch to perfume, solvents, detergent, acids or acidic foods, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, or hair dye.
- Exposing Apple Watch to high velocity water, for example while water skiing.
- Wearing Apple Watch in the sauna or steam room.
Hi
Apple advises that Apple Watch Series 2 can be worn in the shower.
However, keep in mind that it should not be exposed to high velocity water.
Apple also does not recommend exposing Series 2 models to soaps, shampoos or conditioners, which can negatively affect the watch's water seals and acoustic membranes.
After exposing your Apple Watch to anything other than fresh water, be sure to clean your it by gently rinsing it with warm tap water. The watch and band should also then be dried using a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth.
The temperature guidelines for Apple Watch are detailed here:

As long as you don't use soap or wash your hair?
As I hoped to explain in my previous reply:
"Showering with Apple Watch Series 2 is ok, but we recommend not exposing Apple Watch to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and perfumes as they can negatively affect water seals and acoustic membranes. Apple Watch should be cleaned with fresh water and dried with a lint free-cloth if it comes in contact with anything other than fresh water."

Oh, I haven't thought of that in years! I was captivated by the ads as a child but my mother thought dish detergent was good enough.
Glad someone has a sense of humor.
I begged my mom for this stuff when I was a kid, if I was lucky I got dish soap. When I had kids I couldn't wait for them to try it. It gave both of them rashes.

I'm surprised that kid was not in the tub smoking a chesterfield.
