How can I reset my security questions when it s...

I want to reset my security questions. I know my apple ID and password. I tried to make a purchase and it asked me my questions. Since I could not remember them I went to iforgot to try to reset them but it said I could not reset my questions because there was not enough information. No alternative was given. HELP!

Does the same thing...   Says "insufficient information"...

Thanks for the useless "help". Apple is turning out to be the most cancerous phone producer in the world. I can't even spend this useless 15 dollar iTunes card because of these questions. I'm switching to Android again, this is just stupid.



I'm having the same issue.  I've followed the instructions EXACTLY as listed by the Apple recommended solution.  To make any changes at all I have to know the answer to two questions.  I haven't had to use the questions since I made them and now I'm being required to answer.  I need the security questions reset.



So if there are no sufficient information for apple to use to help us reset our security questions then what is the next option?? Make more security questions available!!!!! Hey apple u really gotta help us.



Apples is becoming totally useless with all the security question and 90 days stuff. I'm dumping this trash and moving to androi.d. Apple is ********

I had a long call with Apple support and in the end they (poor) guy had to retreat to get me rid by promising to send an email with info on how to enable two-factor authentication – under my circumstances.

 

HOWEVER, this requires to answer security questions, too, first!

 

I am even pretty sure I never answered the questions I am asked now rot bin with, but trying just return as an answer does also not help...

 

This is ridiculous, esp. considering that you do not have any option to get a new iCloud account for the same email again (or do you?)... then at least I could do that and fill it from my local data/backups.
