Installation Requirements
Is there a reason why my mid-2009 MacBook Pro doesn't meet the requirements for Sierra? Does it need a hardware upgrade of some sort? The requirements call for mid-2010 MacBook Pro or later.
likely be cause the cpu is not 64bit, not something you can upgrade.
