Charging the magic trackpad 2

Want to know if the Magic Keyboard and the Magic Trackpad can be charged with a charger instead of plugging them into the computer's USB port.

Please read the instructions that came with the trackpad, in short no they cannot. However you can use re-chargeable batteries with both devices.

You can recharge your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse 2 and Magic TrackPad 2 devices from your Mac or a USB power adapter.
