Extremely slow network speed using all protocols

Hi,

 

My machine is extremely slow when loading from a snapserver, I'm connected through SMB, have also tried CIFS and AFP but all are slow. Sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes for folders to load, and it's only my machine this occurs on. Here is my EtreCheck report -
