Apple team help me about recharge issue..

I like to know the reason Ujoy developer banned my ID in games War Of Rings? Ujoy said i use illegal transaction from google play but i always use apple store and official ujoy recharge website. Ujoy ask me to pay 300 USD to dummy account from google playstore to unband. I use iphone and never using google playstore,please apple team help me about this issue,i need ujoy clarification and post in this forum the data so anyone can analyze..its too fishy for me and looks like a blackmail..thanks
