can i install spell check in Romanian on MacBoo...

I tried to install spell check in Romanian language to use it with office 2016 whose offer for MacBook Pro was only in English. I've tried to extract ro_Ro.aff and ro_Ro.dic files from contemporary Romanian dictionary, dict-ro.1.7.oxt compressed with .zip extention, to move them in Library/Spelling, but failed. My question is if there is a way to succeed it or I've to quit because this type of MacBook doesn't permit to install mentioned spell check pack.

That stuff is only for Apple apps.   Word has its own spellcheck, you just go to Tools > Language and activate the language you want, as explained by Esquared.

If it doesn't work the way you want, ask in the forums devoted to Word:
